Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days (domestic). Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in selected locations. Please ensure accurate address details. Delays may occur due to courier or unforeseen circumstances.

Opened or used perfumes are non-refundable. Refunds or replacements are only applicable for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery.
