Acceptance of Terms
By using PerfumeMarket.Pk, you agree to comply with these terms. Please review them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered buyers, and sellers.
Nature of the Marketplace
PerfumeMarket.Pk is an online marketplace that connects buyers with sellers of local brand perfumes. Our platform is strictly for perfumes, and sellers are only permitted to list locally manufactured fragrances. Non-perfume products or international brand listings are prohibited.
PerfumeMarket.Pk does not engage in or facilitate payments, order processing, packing, shipping, returns, refunds, or customer service. All transactions, including payments and dispute resolution, occur directly between buyers and sellers. Sellers receive payments in their own accounts via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Cash on Delivery.
We do not intervene in disputes between buyers and sellers. However, if we receive repeated complaints about a seller’s failure to fulfill orders, misrepresentation of products, or unethical conduct, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate their account without prior notice.
Seller Responsibilities
- Accurate Product Descriptions
Sellers must provide truthful and accurate descriptions of their products. Claims about longevity, projection, and scent must reflect the actual performance of the product. Exaggerated or misleading claims, such as stating that a perfume lasts “12+ hours” when it lasts only 4-5 hours, are strictly prohibited. - Fair Pricing Policy
Sellers must not list products at a higher price on PerfumeMarket.Pk than on their own external websites or other sales channels. Prices on our marketplace should be lower or at least equal to those on external platforms to ensure a fair and competitive environment for buyers. - Shipping and Order Fulfillment
Sellers must dispatch orders within seven (7) days of receiving payment. Failure to meet this requirement may lead to penalties, including account suspension. - Authenticity of Images
Sellers must upload only real images of their products. AI-generated, stock, or digitally altered images that do not accurately represent the product are strictly prohibited. Authentic images help build customer trust and improve the buying experience. - Prohibition of External Links
Sellers and users are strictly prohibited from mentioning, sharing, or directing traffic to external website links (including social media platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) anywhere on PerfumeMarket.Pk. This includes product descriptions, messages, profiles, and any other platform areas. All communication should occur within our platform through the internal support system. - Sale of Perfumes From Pakistani Brands
Sellers are permitted to list and sell perfumes exclusively under their own Pakistani brands. The final product must be branded, marketed, and sold under a Pakistani brand name. This policy ensures that all products sold on PerfumeMarket.Pk support local businesses and contribute to the promotion of Pakistani entrepreneurship and craftsmanship. Seller Response Time
Sellers are expected to respond to customer inquiries as quickly as possible, with a maximum response time of 3 working days. While we encourage timely communication, we understand that delays can happen. However, responses should be made within the specified timeframe to ensure a positive customer experience. Failure to respond within this period may result in penalties or account suspension.
Buyer Responsibilities
- Buyers should thoroughly review seller ratings and product reviews before making a purchase.
- Buyers must communicate directly with sellers regarding any concerns about orders, shipping, or refunds.
- Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information to ensure timely delivery.
User Reviews and Ratings
PerfumeMarket.Pk allows buyers to rate and review both products and sellers based on their purchasing experience. These reviews help other buyers make informed decisions. Sellers cannot manipulate, remove, or influence reviews in any way. Fraudulent or fake reviews may result in account suspension.
Payments and Transactions
PerfumeMarket.Pk does not manage payments. Sellers handle all payment transactions independently. If a buyer encounters payment-related issues, they must resolve them directly with the seller. The platform is not responsible for disputes arising from payments or transactions.
Returns and Refunds
All return and refund requests must be handled directly between the buyer and the seller. Each seller may have their own policies regarding returns and refunds. PerfumeMarket.Pk does not facilitate or intervene in these matters.
Limitation of Liability
PerfumeMarket.Pk provides a neutral marketplace “as is” and does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for product quality, payment disputes, delivery issues, or any losses incurred by buyers or sellers. All transactions and interactions on the platform are conducted at the users’ own risk.
Changes to Terms and Services
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of PerfumeMarket.Pk at any time without prior notice. Updates to these terms will be posted on this page, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Account Suspension and Termination
PerfumeMarket.Pk reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice if users violate any of these terms. Sellers or buyers reported for unethical behavior, fraudulent activities, or repeated complaints may be permanently banned from using the platform.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of PerfumeMarket.Pk will be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
