Shipping charges are applicable on every order and applicable according to the weight of the parcel.
Refund Policy
We do not refund on the basis of dislikeness of fragrance or other personal issues, refundable is only applicable if the parcel didn't receive or if broken will be compensated by giving special discount on the next order.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If you want to cancel your order message us or if the customer wants to return or exchange the fragrance he should have to bear the delivery charges and will cost 350Rs more for the exchange.
