Shipping Policy
We deliver anywhere in Pakistan by courier. Delivery is Rs 250, and free on orders over Rs 5,000. Orders usually arrive in 3 to 4 days. Cash on delivery is available. Please check your name, number and address, because a parcel sent to a wrong address may be delayed.
Refund Policy
If your parcel arrives damaged, a bottle is leaking or broken, or you received the wrong scent, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a video of the parcel and product. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, and we cover the delivery costs. Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days, by bank transfer or to your mobile wallet. Delivery charges are refunded only when the return is because of our mistake.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
You can cancel any order before it is dispatched by messaging or calling us with your order number, and you get a full refund of anything you paid. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled. Because perfume is a personal care product, we accept returns only of items that are unopened, unused and still sealed in their original cellophane. Ask for a return within 7 days of delivery. Send the item back in its original box with all free gifts. If you return because you changed your mind, the return delivery cost is yours. Opened bottles, used testers and opened Discovery Boxes cannot be returned for a change of mind.
